At SCARPA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original SCARPA box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
